Can I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order, either directly through your customer account or using the link included in the order confirmation email.

For orders placed using other payment methods, such as credit card, the amount will only be charged at the time of shipping; no charges or refunds will be issued.

After this period, we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped to you.

However, you can return your order to us. Learn more about the return process in the "Returns" section.

Available payment methods vary by location and are usually listed on the checkout screen. For example, the following payment methods are accepted: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue, and Maestro), Apple Pay, and Klarna (Pay now, Pay later, Pay over time).

How can I return my order?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item must be new, unused, with its original packaging and tags.Returns will not be accepted without a prior request.The customer assumes the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Personalized or custom-made products.Sale items or gift cards.If you have questions about a specific product, please write to us before making your return.Products must have been purchased online at directordeis.com and not from a third-party retailer.

EXCHANGES

To obtain a different item, we recommend making a new purchase after processing the return of the previous one.Important: We do not exchange cover models that are not currently in stock.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email if it has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for banks to process your refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at: director.deis@gmail.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or order errors.
